ZORA09 – Shipping & Return Terms & Conditions

1. Free Shipping (Dubai Only)

• Shipping is 100% free within Dubai for all orders.

• No minimum order amount is required.

2. Shipping Charges for Other Emirates (UAE)

• For deliveries outside Dubai (all other UAE emirates), the customer will pay a AED 15 delivery fee.

3. Normal Delivery & Return Charges

• If your order is delivered normally (item is correct, size/color is correct, and delivery is completed with no issues), but you decide to return or exchange the item, then:

  • A AED 15 return shipping fee will be charged if order was from Dubai out side the Dubai more charges.

  • This applies to UAE-wide returns, including Dubai.

4. If Delivery Was Not Normal

If the order is delivered incorrectly or arrives damaged:

• There will be NO shipping charges, neither for delivery nor return.

• This includes situations like:

  • Wrong item received

  • Wrong size/color

  • Damaged or defective product

• You must report the issue within 24 hours with photo/video proof.

5. Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange a product only if:

• It is unused and not worn.

• It is in its original condition.

• All tags, stickers, labels, boxes, and packaging are intact.

• No stains, perfume smells, or signs of use are present.

6. Refund Method

• Refunds are processed as store credit or exchange.

• Delivery and COD fees are non-refundable for normal deliveries.
