Welcome to ZORA09. By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

  • ZORA09 is an online fashion store operating in the United Arab Emirates.

  • By shopping on our website, you agree to comply with all terms, policies, and conditions outlined on this page.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.


2. Products & Orders

  • All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings; this is not considered a product defect.

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation through SMS or WhatsApp.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available across the UAE.

  • You may open the parcel on the spot only to confirm the product is correct (correct model, size, color).

  • If the product is correct but you simply don’t like it, you may return it later according to the return policy.

  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may have COD service disabled for future purchases.


4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Free Shipping in Dubai

  • All orders delivered within Dubai include FREE shipping.

4.2 Shipping in Other UAE Emirates

  • For Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain:
    AED 15 delivery fee applies.

4.3 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days depending on location.

  • Delays caused by courier/company logistics, weather, or customer unavailability are not the responsibility of ZORA09.


5. Return & Exchange Policy

5.1 Conditions for Return/Exchange

You can return or exchange an item ONLY if:

  • The item is unused and not worn.

  • It is in its original packaging.

  • All tags, stickers, labels, and accessories are intact.

  • The product has no stains, perfume, or damage.

5.2 Charges for Normal Delivery Returns

  • If the delivery was normal (correct item delivered), and you wish to return/exchange for personal reasons:

    • A AED 15 return shipping fee will apply.

5.3 If Delivery Was Not Normal

If you received:

  • A wrong item

  • Wrong size or color

  • Damaged or defective product

Then:

  • No delivery or return charges will apply.

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours with photo/video proof.

5.4 Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or exchange only, unless otherwise approved.

  • Delivery and COD fees are non-refundable.


6. Inspection on Delivery

  • Customers may open the parcel in front of the courier only to confirm that the correct product was delivered.

  • Full try-on/usage is not allowed during inspection.

  • If the customer refuses a correct order, return shipping may be charged.


7. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide correct delivery information.

  • Answer courier calls/messages for delivery.

  • Inspect the product on arrival.

  • Keep items in good condition if planning a return.

  • Not misuse COD service.


8. Payments

  • We accept:
    ✔ Cash on Delivery
    ✔ Online Payments (if available at checkout)

  • All prices are listed in AED.


9. Fraud Prevention

ZORA09 reserves the right to:

  • Block COD for customers who repeatedly refuse or cancel confirmed orders.

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders at any time.


10. Limitation of Liability

  • ZORA09 is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

  • ZORA09 is not liable for any indirect or accidental damages arising out of product use.
